This User Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") regulates the relations regarding the use of the Website https://www.itcomms.io functions and the general conditions of possible service provision between the executor (hereinafter "Website Owner"), on the one hand, and an individual or legal entity - the customer who has accepted the terms of this Agreement by joining this Agreement in full and unconditionally (hereinafter "User"), collectively referred to as the "Parties".

General Provisions of the User Agreement

In this Agreement and the relations of the Parties arising from or related to it, the following terms and definitions are used:

Website — the internet site located at https://www.itcomms.io.

Agreement — this user agreement with all additions and changes.

Website Owner – the legal entity that owns the Website.

User — any person using the website: viewing information, filling out service request forms, etc.

The Website contains information about goods and services that may subsequently be provided to the User in case of concluding an Agreement.

By accessing the materials of the Website, the User is considered to have joined the Agreement.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property objects placed on the Website, including design, text, graphic images, and other objects, are objects of exclusive rights and belong to the Website Owner. Copying, reproduction, and subsequent distribution are allowed only with the written permission of the Website Owner.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. These third parties and their content are not checked by the Website for compliance with any requirements. The Website is not responsible for any information or materials posted on third-party websites that the User accesses in connection with the use of the Website, nor for the availability of such websites or information and the consequences of their use by the User.

A link to any website, product, service, any information of a commercial or non-commercial nature placed on the Website is not a recommendation of these products by the Website, except in cases where the Website explicitly indicates this.

The Website Owner is not responsible and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any possible or incurred losses or damages related to any content of the Website, copyright registration and information about such registration, goods or services available on or obtained through external websites or resources or other contacts of the User that they entered into using the information or links to external resources placed on the Website.

Notifications

The Website Owner has the right to send the User informational electronic messages about events occurring within the Website or in connection with it and the persons it represents to the email address, phone number, or social media page link specified by them.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan regulating the general protection of personal data. Issues not regulated by this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. All possible disputes arising from the relations regulated by this Agreement shall be resolved in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

All disputes under the Agreement or in connection with it are subject to consideration in the court at the location of the Website Owner in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

This Agreement is developed and operates within the framework of personal data protection legislation.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy of the website's personal data (hereinafter - Privacy Policy) is an integral part of this Agreement, posted at https://www.itcomms.io.

By using the Website's services, the User expresses their agreement with the Privacy Policy and, of their own free will and in their own interests, gives written consent to the following methods of processing Personal Information: collection, recording, systematization, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction for the purposes established by this Policy using automation tools or without the use of such tools at discretion.

If the User disagrees with the terms of the Privacy Policy, they should not transfer personal data by filling out the relevant forms.

The Privacy Policy applies to all personal information that the Website may receive about the User during the use of the Website.

Collection and Processing of Personal Data

The Website may use only those personal data of the User that are necessary for the provision of services by the Website Owner and interaction with the User.

By accessing the materials of the Website, the User is considered to have provided consent to the processing of their personal data.

The User agrees that the Website and the Website Owner may collect and process the following data:

Technical information automatically collected by the Website's software during its visit;
Personal information provided by the User when filling out the relevant forms: name, surname, patronymic, contact details, information about the place of work, and other personal data received from the User for the above purposes;
Other information is provided by the User at their discretion.

The storage period of personal data is determined by the date of achieving the goals of their collection and processing.

After obtaining the User's consent, the Website Owner may also process their personal data to select news based on the User's preferences on third-party platforms (including ChatGPT (https://chatgpt.com/gpts)) and send selected news to the User by email. At the same time, the Website Owner is not responsible for the actions and data processing by such platforms.

The User has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data in the form in which this consent was given, or in writing, including in the form of an electronic document.

Obligations of the Parties

The User is obliged to:
1. Provide valid and legally owned information about personal data necessary for using the Website within the framework of the Agreement.

The Website Owner is obliged to:
1. Comply with personal data legislation;
2. Use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in this Agreement.
3. Ensure the storage of confidential information, not disclose without the prior permission of the User, and not sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in any other possible way the transferred personal data of the User.
4. Provide information upon the User's request regarding the processing of their personal data;
5. Approve the composition of personal data necessary and sufficient for them to perform tasks;
6. Take measures to destroy personal data in case of achieving the purpose of their processing;
7. Provide proof of obtaining the subject's consent to the processing of their personal data;
8. Change and (or) supplement personal data subject to documentary confirmation of the reliability of new data or destroy them if it is impossible to make such changes and (or) additions;
9. Temporarily suspend processing or destroy personal data if there is information about violation of the conditions of their processing;
10. Notify the subject in writing in case of transfer of personal data to a third party;
11. Take necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data.

The User's personal data may be transferred to authorized government bodies only on the grounds and in the manner established by legislation. Carry out the destruction or blocking of personal data relating to the relevant User upon the User's request.

Protection of Collected Information

The Website takes all necessary precautions to protect the confidentiality of User data. Only those Website employees who need to perform work functions that require access to personal data have access to information about Users.

Additional Conditions

The Website Owner has the right to make changes to this Agreement and Privacy Policy without the consent and without notifying the User. The User assumes responsibility for familiarizing themselves with the updated version of the Agreement and Privacy Policy, in accordance with which the rules for using the Website are regulated. Changes to the Agreement and Privacy Policy come into force from the moment they are posted on the Website.

This Privacy Policy and Agreement are developed and operate within the framework of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
